Booking & Cancellation
Healing Session Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Appointments
All healing sessions offered by ChakraBloomCo must be booked in advance through our online booking page.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
- Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
2. Payments
- Payments are processed securely via our online booking system.
- We do not accept cash or deferred payments for healing appointments.
- Prices are clearly displayed at the time of booking and include all applicable charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are non-refundable.
- Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in no refund.
This policy is in place due to the time reserved specifically for you.

5. Practitioner Cancellations
In the unlikely event that ChakraBloomCo needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

- The option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time
6. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.
- Late arrival does not qualify for a refund or partial refund.
7. Sessions for Clients Under 18
For safeguarding reasons, the following conditions apply to clients under the age of 18:
- Online healing sessions must be attended by an appropriate adult, such as a parent or legal guardian.
- The accompanying adult must be verified by ChakraBloomCo prior to the session.
- The adult must be present, available, and able to observe or intervene at all times during the session.
- If these conditions are not met, the session may be cancelled or terminated, and a refund will not be issued.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at booking.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Delivery, Refunds & Exchanges
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Chakrabloomco.com. It does not apply to purchases made through third-party websites, marketplaces, stockists, or other sales platforms. For those purchases, the relevant platform’s policies apply.

Once an order has been placed through the ChakraBloomCo online shop, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
2. Refunds & Exchanges – General

- The final dispatch time on Fridays is 18:00. Orders placed after this time, or over weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
- Customers should be aware that these dispatch times may affect delivery estimates, particularly when ordering close to weekends or holidays.
UK Domestic Delivery
- Standard UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail Second Class and is not tracked.
- Customers may choose to upgrade to Royal Mail First Class at checkout.
- First Class orders placed before 16:00 (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 16:00 will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times provided by Royal Mail are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Delivery
- International orders are sent using a standard international tracked service.
- Tracking details will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.
Peak Times & Customer Responsibility
